Lincoln Educational Services Corporation Announces The Pricing Of Shares Sold By Stonington Partners
WEST ORANGE, N.J., Dec. 10, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (Nasdaq:LINC) ("Lincoln" or "the Company") today announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,908,000 shares of its common stock by Stonington Partners ("Stonington"), which represents Stonington's entire remaining position in the Company. The price to the public was $15.25 per share. The offering is expected to settle and close on December 15, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions. Lincoln will not receive any proceeds from this sale of its common stock. Barclays Capital was the sole underwriter of the offering. The offering was made only by means of a prospectus supplement and accompanying base prospectus.
