NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- CHANGE IN RATINGS Eaton Vance (EV) downgraded at Credit Suisse to Neutral from Outperform. Lower relative organic growth could limit upside. Maintain $36 price target. Qualcomm (QCOM) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral. Resuming growth as ASP outlook improves, Credit Suisse said. Price target boosted to $60 from $50. Suntech Power (STP) upgraded at Citi to Hold from Sell. Valuation call, street is now too bearish, Citigroup said. Price target increased to $8.50 from $7. Tenaris(TS) initiated at Barclays with an Overweight rating and $56 price target. Tenaris is a good way to invest in the international E&P spending upcycle, Barclays said.TheStreet Premium Services
