Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que(R) Opens In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Showcasing New Design And Menu

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 4, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Famous Dave's of America, Inc. (Nasdaq:DAVE) announces it has opened its newest award-winning Bar-B-Que restaurant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at 1725 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The November 1 ^st opening marks the fourth Famous Dave's location in Pennsylvania, and the third in the city of Philadelphia.

At Famous Dave's Chestnut Street location, hosts greet guests at the door, and then guests order directly at the counter, having the option of dining at the restaurant or taking their order to go. The menu is focused on BBQ, as in other Famous Dave's locations, but with a few twists on the cuisine. The culinary team has developed new items, such as the appetizer BBQ Philly Cheese Chips and daily Bag Lunch Specials served in a bag with kettle fried potato chips and a 20 ounce soft drink. There are also creative desserts including fried bread pudding to top off a great meal.
