Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:USAP) announced today that Arthur C. Reardon has submitted his resignation as Chief Technology Officer effective October 29, 2010. Mr. Reardon has decided to leave the Company in order to pursue other interests.
Dennis M. Oates, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We have commenced a search for a new Chief Technology Officer and are very confident in our current technology team and in the Company's ability to address technology issues until the CTO position is filled."
