Broadcom Corporation Announces Pricing Of Senior Notes
IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM) announced that it increased the size of its previously announced private offering of senior notes. Broadcom priced $300 million aggregate principal amount of 1.500% senior notes due 2013 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.375% senior notes due 2015. The senior notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). Subject to customary closing conditions, the sale of the senior notes is expected to close on or about November 1, 2010.
