First Community Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
BLUEFIELD, Va., Oct. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:FCBC) ( www.fcbinc.com ) announced today that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to common stockholders of ten cents ($0.10) per common share. The quarterly dividend is payable to common stockholders of record November 5, 2010, and is expected to be paid on or about November 19, 2010. Chief Executive Officer John M. Mendez noted, "We are pleased with our stable performance through the first three quarters of 2010 and believe our operations set the stage for consideration of a dividend increase for the fourth quarter of 2010."
