An Oct. 19 article, 3 Breakout Stocks With Upside Potential, mistakenly identified Peet's Coffee(PEET) as being under investigation by the SEC. Rather, the SEC inquiry was into Green Mountain Coffee Roasters(GMCR), not Peet's. TheStreet regrets the error. (Corrected Oct. 20)
An Oct. 14 article, CBS, Viacom Reach 52-Week Highs, misstated what company has named David Kline as senior vice president and chief information officer. He was hired by Viacom, not CBS. (Corrected Oct. 14)An Oct. 8 article, Larry Wilcox Hit With Fraud Charges,, incorrectly stated that a Securities and Exchange Commissiom complaint alleged UC Hub was operating as a phony company.
