("Navios Holdings") (NYSE: NM), a global, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced that the Capesize vessel Navios Melodia of 179,132 dwt was delivered from a South Korean shipyard to Navios Holdings' owned fleet on September 21, 2010. The vessel is chartered-out for 12 years at a net charter out rate of $29,356 per day with 50/50 profit sharing in excess of $37,500.
