Halloween City Scares Up Staff For The Halloween Season
LIVONIA, Mich., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The start of Fall brings about the season's most spooktacular holiday, with costumed trick-or-treaters and fantastically frightening parties scaring up some Halloween fun. Every year during the Halloween season, the costume superstore, Halloween City, creates thousands of temporary jobs to help bring to life the Halloween season. Halloween City is currently recruiting 10,000 people throughout America to work in the hundreds of temporary Halloween City locations throughout the country. The average store will hire 20-25 employees to accommodate the busy Halloween season.
"As a seasonal retailer dedicated solely to Halloween, Halloween City believes it's critically important to provide our valued guests with an interactive store experience," said John McIntire, co-president of Halloween City. "Our excellent customer service and quality products, which include creative costumes, themed products and decor, mean that people get everything they need to experience all the chills and thrills of Halloween."
The retailer is hiring several different positions, including District Managers, General Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers and Stockroom Attendants. Halloween City's trained and knowledgeable sales staff provides helpful costume tips and can help everyone in the family find the right costume.
In addition, the costume retailer for 2010 has renamed all of its North Eastern " Halloween USA" stores to Halloween City. The name change reflects the company's desires for nationwide consistency, and all the former Halloween USA stores will continue to provide the same excellent customer service and ghoulish Halloween merchandise as before.Interested applicants can apply either on-line at halloweencity.com or in person at their local Halloween City store.
