Buckle: Analysts' Upgrades, Downgrades

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- CHANGE IN RATINGS

American Eagle (AEO) downgraded at Lazard to Hold from Buy.

The Buckle (BKE) upgraded at KeyBanc Capital to Hold from Underweight. Likelihood of special dividend and high short interest keeps them on the sidelines.

Vistaprint (VPRT) resumed at Kaufman Brothers with a Buy rating and $50 price target. Company has strong value proposition and proprietary technology.

STOCK COMMENTS / EPS CHANGES

Arcsight (ARST) price target raised at Barclays to $30 from $25 after reporting very solid 1Q11 results yesterday. Management expects a strong close to the federal fiscal year-end in September. Maintain Equal Weight rating.

Burger King (BKC) price target lifted at Citi to $24 from $18 after the company agreed to be acquired by 3G Capital, Citigroup said. Maintain Hold rating.

FuelCell Energy (FCEL) price target lower at Ardour Capital to $2.25 from $3.50. Near-term outlook cautious due to lack of visibility.

Finisar (FNSR) price target raised at Credit Suisse to $20 from $16 after strong 1Q11 results. Earnings indicated ongoing strong rebound in demand. Maintain Neutral rating.

Lexmark(LXK) price target cut at Barclays to $47 from $50. Momentum remains strong into 3Q10. Reiterate Overweight rating.

Xerox (XRX) price target trimmed at Barclays to $12 from $14 to reflect overall multiple compression within the IT Hardware group. Maintain Overweight rating.
