GPS Insight has been growing rapidly since it was established in 2005. The company supplies fleet-based customers with GPS tracking, navigation, and messaging technology.

"GPS Insight was founded at the right time, with the right people and the right technology to satisfy the increasing GPS tracking needs of the fleet community," said CEO and founder Robert Donat.

Also spurring the search for "GPS tracking" is a recent ruling from the the U.S. Court of Appeals. It is now legal for the government to monitor and track anyone without a search warrant. This rule applies in California, Oregon and seven other Western states.
