RR Donnelley Awarded Expansion To Multi-Year Multi-Million Dollar Agreement By Grupo Editorial Norma

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NASDAQ:RRD) announced today that it has been awarded a new production agreement that expands the multi-year multi-million dollar contract that it had previously reached with Grupo Editorial Norma. Under the terms of the expanded agreement RR Donnelley’s Latin American operations will produce textbooks for delivery in Chile and Argentina.

Grupo Editorial Norma specializes in creating, designing, producing, marketing and distributing all book genres and formats to a variety of audiences. Through Norma Educación, it provides editorial content and educational services that foster improvements in educational quality both in Latin America and in the Spanish-speaking sectors of the United States. Among the products that Norma Educación handles are school textbooks, dictionaries, atlases and encyclopedias for most of the countries in Latin America.
