The company is expected to report earnings of 12 cents per share, down 20% year-over-year, while revenues are expected to be $48.23 million, down 9.5%. On August 5, Roth Capital Partners assigned a hold rating to the stock with price target of $7.

Ctrip.com International Ltd. is a travel service provider for hotel accommodations, airline tickets and packaged tours in China. The company is expected earnings of 21 cents per share, up 23% year-over-year on revenue growth of 42.3%.

Synutra International is an infant formula company in China. The company is expected to report earnings of 18 cents per share as against a loss of 18 cents per share a year ago. Revenues are expected to soar 68% to $79.65 million. On August 3, Roth Capital Partners assigned a buy rating to the stock with price target of $28, implying a 61% upside over current levels.
