NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening.

CIENA (CIEN): "Everyone hates it, but they've got a multi-year story. Ciena is fine."

Teva Pharmaceutical (TEVA): "This is the worst acting stock I've ever seen. I think the selling is wildly over done. I'm going to tell you Teva is a buy."

Citigroup (C): "I'm a buyer of Citigroup. I think they're doing a dynamite job. "

Microsoft (MSFT): "I'm not interested in Microsoft. I'm going to say don't buy. "
