State Bancorp, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend Of $0.05

JERICHO, N.Y., July 28, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of State Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:STBC), parent company of State Bank of Long Island, declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share at its July 27, 2010 meeting. The cash dividend will be paid on September 16, 2010 to stockholders of record as of August 20, 2010.

State Bancorp, Inc. is the holding company for State Bank of Long Island.
