ModusLink Global Solutions ™, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLNK) is expanding its business process outsource relationship with Provo Craft, a leading global supplier of innovative crafting tools and technology. ModusLink will assume the existing Provo Craft warehouse and fulfillment infrastructure to execute an integrated range of value chain services in the U.S.
In addition to contact center and customer service support of the Provo Craft direct response program at its e-Business hub in Orem, Utah, ModusLink will perform order management, configuration, fulfillment and returns management at the Provo Craft facility in Spanish Fork, Utah. With e-Business and supply chain services delivered by a single provider, the supply chain can dynamically react to ever-growing channel demands. ModusLink can seamlessly assume responsibility for these services, without disrupting any existing processes, enabling Provo Craft to make more resources available for product development and marketing.

Warehouse and fulfillment employees of Provo Craft have been offered immediate positions of employment with ModusLink. The facility, located in Spanish Fork, Utah is more than 200,000 square feet.
