Access National Declares Quarterly Dividend
Access National Corporation (NASDAQ:ANCX), holding company for Access National Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share for shareholders of record as of August 5, 2010. The dividend will be paid on August 25, 2010. Earnings for the second quarter 2010 were released on July 21, 2010 and represented the company’s 40 th consecutive profitable quarter. In the earnings statement, Access National Corporation reported net income of $1.7 million or $0.16 earnings per diluted share. Access National Corporation and its subsidiary bank continue to exceed standards of being “Well Capitalized” as defined under banking regulations.
