Charles & Colvard Announces Second Quarter 2010 Earnings Webcast And Teleconference
Charles & Colvard, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTHR), the sole manufacturer of moissanite lab-created gemstones, The Most Brilliant Jewel in the World™, announced today that it plans to report second quarter 2010 financial results on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 after market close. The announcement will be followed by a live company-hosted conference call at 4:30 p.m. EDT in which management will review the financial and operating results for the period and discuss recent business developments. A question-and-answer session will follow.
The live conference call can be accessed the following ways:- The live webcast can be found at www.charlesandcolvard.com. Participants should go to the website 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled teleconference in order to register and download any necessary audio software.
- U.S. participants may access the teleconference by dialing (877) 407-9210 and international participants may dial (201) 689-8049 approximately 5 to 10 minutes prior to the call.
- The recorded webcast can be found at www.charlesandcolvard.com and will be available through August 11, 2010.
- The recorded teleconference can be accessed by dialing (877) 660-6853 for U.S. participants and (201) 612-7415 for international participants. The conference ID number is 354059 and account number is 286, both of which are required for playback. The telephonic replay will be available from 7:00 p.m. on the day of release until 11:59 p.m. EDT through August 11, 2010.
