Invesco Announces Adjournment Of Joint Annual Meeting For Certain Invesco Closed-End Funds

The Joint Annual Meetings of Shareholders (the “Joint Annual Meeting”) of Invesco California Insured Municipal Income Trust (IIC), Invesco California Quality Municipal Securities (IQC), Invesco Municipal Premium Income Trust (PIA), Invesco New York Quality Municipal Securities (IQN) and Invesco Quality Municipal Income Trust (IQI) (each a “Fund”, and together the “Funds”) have been adjourned until August 13, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., Central time, and will be held at 11 Greenway Plaza, Houston, Texas 77046.

The Joint Annual Meeting was adjourned to provide the Funds with additional time to solicit further shareholder votes on the proposals.
