Eclipsys Announces Special Meeting Of Stockholders To Vote On Proposed Allscripts Merger
Eclipsys Corporation (NASDAQ: ECLP), The Outcomes Company ®, today announced that a record date and a special meeting date have been established for Eclipsys stockholders to consider and vote upon a proposal to adopt the previously announced merger agreement with Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDRX) (“Allscripts”).
Eclipsys stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2010, are entitled to notice of the special meeting and to vote on the adoption of the merger agreement.
