Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:PVR) and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. (NYSE:PVG) today announced that they will separately release their financial results for the second quarter of 2010 after the market closes on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 and hold a joint conference call / webcast on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
