RR Donnelley Awarded Multi-Year Premedia And Catalog Production Agreement By Hanover Direct, Inc.

R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NASDAQ:RRD) announced today that it has been awarded a multi-year agreement by Hanover Direct, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, which renews and expands the companies’ relationship, RR Donnelley will provide premedia, print production and logistics services for Hanover Direct’s catalogs.

Hanover Direct, Inc. and its business units provide quality, branded merchandise through a portfolio of catalogs and e-commerce platforms to consumers. Hanover Direct is comprised of the Company’s catalog and e-commerce web site portfolio of home fashions and apparel brands, including The Company Store, Company Kids, Undergear, Domestications, Silhouettes, and Scandia Down.
