Cambridge Trust Company announced the hiring of several key employees for their new Lexington branch. The new branch, located at 1690 Massachusetts Avenue in Lexington Center, is scheduled for an August 2010 opening and will be Cambridge Trust Company’s eleventh branch.
All four new employees come from Lexington banks. “Cambridge Trust has such a strong commitment to the local community that we sought to hire people who understand Lexington,” said Joseph V. Roller II, President and CEO of Cambridge Trust Company. “Our team will be full of familiar faces dedicated to serving their community.”
Stacy Sheehan, the newly-appointed Vice President and Branch Manager will lead the Lexington team. Ms. Sheehan, with 20 years of banking experience, comes to Cambridge Trust Company from TD Bank where she held the position of AVP, Store Manager. Ms. Sheehan has spent over 15 years in the Lexington community, first at Lexington Savings Bank and most recently with TD Bank. “We’re excited to have Stacy on board at Cambridge Trust,” said Mr. Roller. “With her in-depth knowledge of Lexington, Stacy truly understands the needs of the community and will be able to serve the town well.” Ms. Sheehan currently sits on the Board of the Lexington Lions Club where she formerly served as President.
Other key hires made recently include Assistant Branch Manager Janet Sands; Head Teller, Randi Greco; and Teller, Sean Leonard. Janice Kilburn, Vice President, Business Banking Officer, will also be joining the team in Lexington. “I’m proud to say that we were able to build a staff of people from the neighborhood who are all deeply committed to giving back to the local community,” said Ms. Sheehan of the newly-assembled team. “We all believe that Cambridge Trust will be welcomed as Lexington’s community bank.”Janice Kilburn, with over 18 years’ experience in banking, is the Vice President, Business Banking Officer at Cambridge Trust Company and is currently located in their Harvard Square office. Ms. Kilburn will be relocating to the Lexington branch to serve as a dedicated banking resource for the town’s business owners. Ms. Kilburn plans to join the Rotary Club in Lexington.
