Sun Communities Declares Second Quarter 2010 Dividend
SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sun Communities, Inc. (NYSE: SUI), a real estate investment trust ("REIT") that owns and operates manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities, today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share for the second quarter of 2010. The dividend is payable July 23, 2010 to shareholders of record July 13, 2010. Sun Communities has 19.4 million shares outstanding.
Sun Communities, Inc. is a REIT that currently owns and operates a portfolio of 136 communities comprising approximately 47,600 developed sites.
