Six-Month Stock Performance: -52.5%Received Nasdaq Notice: June 3 Management's Expected Action: The mobile-communications company has until Nov. 30 to regain compliance with the Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule. TerreStar did not say what actions it is considering. In March, TerreStar received a similar notice from the Nasdaq for failing to meet the minimum bid price requirement before regaining compliance in April. The stock traded at a 52-week high of $2.95 in September after TerreStar said it will combine AT&T's (T) wireless connectivity with the ability to use a satellite network as back up throughout the U.S. The stock received another boost in January after the Federal Communications Commission granted a TerreStar subsidiary the authority to integrate terrestrial use of TerreStar's 20 MHz S Band spectrum into its next-generation mobile wireless network.
