'Mad Money Lightning Round': Bank on Citigroup

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening.

Citigroup (C): "I think Citigroup sees $5 to $6 this year, and huger after that. "

Toyota Motor (TM): "I think they were the best auto manufacturer in the world, but I believe in recommending Ford Motor (F). "

Bank of America (BAC): "If financial reform gets done, I think this one will see $22 a share."

Anadarko Petroleum (APC): "This is a tough one. I think the company is terrific, but I think the stock is heading right back down. I'd rather see you in Devon Energy (DVN)."

Intel (INTC): "Intel is as cheap as I've ever seen it, but in this market, we don't back up the truck anymore. I'd buy slowly and methodically on the way down. "

ADC Telecommunications (ADCT): "This is part of the Internet tsunami and I love the fundamentals."
