Fluor Joint Venture In British Columbia Pact
NEW YORK (AP) — Fluor Corp. said Monday its British Columbia Mining joint venture received a contract to perform services at a Terrane Metals Corp. mine.
The joint venture between Fluor and AMEC Americas Ltd. will handle engineering, procurement, and construction management services at the Mt. Milligan copper and gold mine in central British Columbia. Fluor said it will book its share of the first part of the contract in the second quarter of 2010, and full release is expected in early 2011. It did not disclose the amounts in its news release.
