Good afternoon. My name is Britney and I will be your conference operator today. At this time, I would like to welcome to the Q4 earnings conference call. I would now like to turn the call over to our host, Mr. Todd Kehrli from the MKR Group. Sir, you may begin.

Thank you, operator, and welcome everyone. Thank you for joining Accelrys’s fiscal 2010 fourth quarter and year-end earnings conference call. A press release was issued this afternoon detailing our financial results and may be accessed on the company’s website at accelrys.com under the Investor Relations section of the site.

On the call today to comment on the fourth quarter and year-end results will be Accelrys’s CEO, Max Carnecchia, and CFO, Michael Piraino.
