NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Sprint Nextel (S): "Sprint has bottomed, I say it's a buy. That company is on a roll."

Citigroup (C): "The Federal government has been selling their share. You need to be ready and buy in stages as it comes down."

GLG Partners (GLG): "You just won, ring the register. You got real lucky with that one."

Cedar Fair (FUN): "I got hurt on this one in the past. But I think it's a well-run company and I'd be a buyer. I'm a believer."

Electronic Arts (ERTS): "This one has disappointed, but it won't fall below $17. I'd stick with it, I like the action."

City Telecom HK (CTEL): "I think that yield is great. You stick with that one."

Frontier Communications (FTR): "I know the yield seems too good to be true, but we've talked with the CEO and she says it's good, so let's give her the benefit of the doubt."

Yanzhou Coal Mining (YZC): "Sell, sell, sell. I'm not recommending any Chinese stocks right now."

American Superconductor (AMSC): "I'm a believer. It's a buy, buy, buy. This is a real growth stock and I like it."

A-Power Energy (APWR): "My friend, I say sell. "
