Greetings, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Eurand first quarter 2010 financial results conference call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. A question-and-answer session will follow the formal presentation.

It is now my pleasure to introduce your host, Mr. Bill Newbould, Vice President of Investor Relations at Eurand. Thank you. Mr. Newbould, you may now begin.
