Good day, everyone, and welcome to the Trico Marine Services first quarter 2010 earnings call. Today's conference is being recorded. At this time, I would like to introduce Joe Compofelice, Chief Executive Officer and Geoff Jones, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jones, please go ahead, sir.
