Good day, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the AGA Medical's first quarter 2010 conference call. Hosting the call today is Mr. John Barr, President and CEO of AGA Medical. My name is Amica and I will be your coordinator for today. As a reminder, this conference is being recorded for replay purposes.
