WorldGate Receives First Purchase Order For New Digital Video Phones From ACN

WorldGate (OTCBB: WGAT), a leading provider of digital voice and video phones and services, has announced that the Company has received the first purchase order for its new digital video phone from ACN, Inc., the world's largest direct seller of telecommunication services. ACN operates in 20 countries spanning North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

The first purchase order from ACN has been executed for 15,000 of the new video phones, which are scheduled to be delivered to ACN concurrent with their final QA testing and technical acceptance. ACN has agreed to purchase a minimum of 300,000 video phones on an OEM basis over a two year period.
