Max Capital Group Announces $0.10 Dividend

Max Capital Group Ltd. (NASDAQ:MXGL)(BSX:MXGL.BH) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 3, 2010, declared a dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable on June 4, 2010, to shareholders of record as of May 24, 2010.
