Intervest National Bank, a subsidiary of Intervest Bancshares Corporation (NasdaqGS: IBCA) announced today the launch of a new website designed to provide lenders with a friendly user face and platform to list performing and nonperforming real estate mortgages for sale and to enable mortgage investors to easily access this information all on one site.

The website – https://www.I-NetMortgageClearingHouse.com – is an interactive web portal connecting buyers and sellers of real estate mortgages. The easy to navigate website offers access to information about real estate mortgage loans for sale, including basic information about the mortgage and the property, along with the name, telephone number and web address of the seller. The website will provide access to banks and credit unions throughout the country so that prospective buyers of mortgage loans can easily access information about potential portfolio properties and sellers of loans can efficiently list mortgages for sale.
