Mastech Holdings, Inc. Appoints President For Its New Subsidiary, Mastech Healthcare, Inc.

PITTSBURGH, April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mastech Holdings, Inc., (NYSE Amex: MHH), a national provider of Information Technology and Specialized Healthcare Staffing services announced today the appointment of Tim L. Bosse as the President of its new wholly-owned subsidiary, Mastech Healthcare, Inc.

The creation of Mastech Healthcare clearly aligns with the Company's strategic focus of diversifying its business offerings, announced during 2009.  Mastech Healthcare will provide specialized staffing and recruitment services of nurses (surgical, critical care and emergency room), allied health professionals (physical, occupational, and respiratory therapists) and physicians.  Additionally, the group will provide staffing services in the high growth area of Healthcare IT.

Mr. Bosse has 18 years of experience in the staffing and healthcare industry.  Prior to joining Mastech, he held leadership positions with Hudson Highland, including Executive Vice President of Information Technology.  As Executive Vice President of IT, Tim created a successful healthcare IT vertical practice for Hudson.  Mr. Bosse also held recruitment and business development positions with Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital and Maxim Healthcare Services. He holds a Master's of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and Policy.
