China Organic Agriculture, Inc. (OTCBB: CNOA - News), a company headquartered in the Liaoning Province in China engaged in the trading and distribution of agricultural products, wishes to apologize to its shareholders for the delay in completing its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2009 on Form 10-K. The Company and, in particular, Bo Shan, its new Chief Financial Officer, are working diligently to complete and file the Report as soon as practicable.
