Access National Declares Quarterly Dividend
Access National Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCX), holding company for Access National Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share for shareholders of record as of May 6, 2010. The dividend will be paid on May 25, 2010. Earnings for the first quarter 2010 were released yesterday, April 21, 2010. In the earnings statement, Access National Corporation reported net income of $1.2 million or $0.11 earnings per diluted share.
