DENVER, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of CoBiz Financial (Nasdaq: COBZ) today declared a $0.01 cash dividend on its common stock for the first quarter of 2010. This dividend will be paid on May 10, 2010, to shareholders of record on May 3, 2010.
