Under the agreement and subject to any necessary gaming licensing approvals, GPI will be the exclusive distributor for Gary Platt quality casino seating in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and in tribal casinos in New York.
