ROB Announces Results Of Reconvened Special Meeting Of Shareholders

 

The Claymore/Robb Report Global Luxury Index ETF (“ ROB”) is pleased to announce that the proposal listed below received necessary shareholder approval at the reconvened Joint Special Meeting of Shareholders held on April 14, 2010. Specifically:

  • For Claymore/Robb Report Global Luxury Index ETF (“ ROB”) shareholders approved a new investment advisory agreement between Claymore Advisors, LLC (“Claymore”) and Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust 2, on behalf of ROB.

Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust 2, on behalf of ROB, entered into a new investment advisory agreement with Claymore. The agreement became effective upon the date of shareholder approval.
