Mr. Tchwella was nominated by the Board of Directors to serve as a Director. If approved by the Company’s shareholders at the shareholders meeting which is expected to be held prior to the end of June 2010, Yaron will join the board and will serve as an executive focused on growing the Company’s partner network and on strategic customers. Gur Shomron, a member of the Board of Directors was appointed to replace Mr. Kilman as Chairman of the Board.
