The Apple store was down earlier in the day, and when it went back up the latest launch was announced.

The new Macbook Pro will include Intel's new Core processors ranging from 2.4GHz to 2.66GHz and a variety of screen options, the blog revealed. Ram will now start at 4GB, while standard storage is 250GB SSD.

The Opera Mini mobile browser was also finally approved for the iPhone and iPod touch on the app store on Monday. Opera first submitted Opera Mini for iPhone to Apple's app store in March.

This is the first third-party Web browser Apple has approved, giving users another option than the pre-installed Safari browser.

Toyota's(TM) Lexus GX 460 was deemed unsafe by Consumer Reports today, sending Internet users searching for the car model online.

The magazine gave the car a "Don't Buy" rating, saying a problem that occurred during routine handling tests could lead to a rollover accident.

Shares of Toyota are slipping 1.1% to $78.64 in afternoon trading.
