Midwest Banc Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:MBHI), the holding company for Midwest Bank and Trust Company, announced that its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., central time, at Dominican University Priory Campus, 7200 West Division Street, River Forest, Illinois 60305.
