NEW YORK (TheStreet) --WikiLeaks on Monday posted on the Internet a classified U.S. military video showing what appeared to be the arbitrary killing of more than a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad by Americans, including Reuters photographer Namir Noor-Eldeen and his driver Saeed Chmagh, in July of 2007.
