Beneficial Mutual Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:BNCL) (the “Company”), the parent company of Beneficial Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that Joseph F. Conners, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has advised the Company that he is leaving the Company and the Bank to pursue other opportunities effective March 31, 2010. Gerard P.
