The Claymore/S&P Global Dividend Opportunities Index ETF (“ LVL”) is pleased to announce that the proposal listed below received necessary shareholder approval at the reconvened Joint Special Meeting of Shareholders held on March 30, 2010. Specifically:
Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, on behalf of LVL, entered into a new investment advisory agreement with Claymore. The agreement became effective upon the date of shareholder approval.
