CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Miller Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MLR) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the initiation of an annual cash dividend policy for its Common Stock.
