Omniture Summit 2010 — Omniture, an Adobe company (NASDAQ:ADBE) and a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that ShopNBC (NASDAQ:VVTV), the premium lifestyle brand in electronic retailing, has selected the Omniture Online Marketing Suite to help evolve and transform its growing e-commerce business with highly relevant and personalized online customer experiences. ShopNBC will employ six integrated Omniture products to help scale and integrate its online marketing efforts, gain access to multi-layered and more meaningful analytical data, increase online conversion, and better measure its marketing initiatives.
ShopNBC recently decided to strategically bolster its e-commerce channel and upgrade its core analytics capabilities. The company evaluated several solutions and ultimately selected Omniture SiteCatalyst. ShopNBC had built a long-standing relationship with Omniture, working closely with Omniture Merchandising for the past several years to effectively manage and merchandise its 10,000 plus products. The multichannel retailer felt that SiteCatalyst’s integration with its merchandising system was important to help it obtain a more comprehensive view of its customers. ShopNBC also found that it could gain additional efficiency, functionality and control by adopting the integrated Omniture Online Marketing Suite to optimize all of its online initiatives.
