Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. Announces Dividend
The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) at a meeting held February 19, 2010, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of thirty-two and one half cents ($.325) per share to be paid March 15, 2010 to all common shareholders of record as of March 1, 2010.
